More Than 30 Years of Protecting Employees From Dog Attacks

The Bulli Ray Story

Bulli Ray Enterprises was founded in 1993 with a specialized mission: to help protect employees who encounter dogs while performing their jobs.

The company was founded by Mitzi Robinson, whose knowledge of canine behavior was developed through years of advanced training, competition, and hands-on experience working with dogs. In 1993, Mitzi was a member of the United States Team that won the Rottweiler Schutzhund III World Championship, representing the highest levels of tracking, obedience, and protection training.

Mitzi recognized that the knowledge used to understand canine behavior could serve another important purpose — helping employees recognize dangerous situations, understand canine behavior, and know how to respond when confronted by an aggressive dog.

That idea became Bulli Ray.

From Canine Expertise to Occupational Safety

Unlike general dog safety programs, Bulli Ray’s training was developed specifically around the situations employees encounter while doing their jobs.

Field employees routinely enter unfamiliar homes, yards, properties, and neighborhoods where dogs may be loose, territorial, frightened, protective, or aggressive. Bulli Ray’s training helps employees better understand the behaviors they are seeing and teaches practical techniques they can use to help prevent an encounter from becoming an attack.

Over the years, Mitzi and the Bulli Ray team have trained tens of thousands of field service employees across the United States.
